About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic communication plans that are aligned with company objectives and resonate with our merchant partners, particularly on Sustainability, Martech, and other product messaging. You will oversee the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of communication channels while creating compelling content to support the entire Merchant Team.

Your impact in this role
- Merchant Communication Strategy Development and Execution
- Define overarching missions and priorities to develop strategic communication plans that align with the objectives and resonate with the merchant partners, focusing on Sustainability, Martech, and other product messaging that resonate with merchant partners
- Communication Channel Efficiency and Content Quality
- Monitor communication channel efficiency and cost, providing monthly performance reports for review and optimization
- Work with the team to ensure communication content (including but not limited to copy, graphics, formats, etc) is engaging, effective, and aligned with the brand guideline
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, AMs, Public Relations, Legal, etc.) to ensure information accuracy and successful project outcomes
- Innovation and Creative Ideas
- Stay proactive in monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities, proposing fresh ideas and initiatives aligned with the company’s mission to enhance overall merchant partner experiences
The Experience You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing strategy, planning, and execution, ideally within e-commerce B2B companies, in-house brand marketing, or marketing agencies
- Exceptional multi-project management skills with strong attention to detail and high-quality deliverables are required
- Proficient in producing engaging and effective merchant communication creatives, with the ability to collaborate with design support and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- A highly motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, driving initiatives forward with enthusiasm and dedication
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Mandarin
Ideal Characteristics:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing strategy, planning, and execution, ideally within e-commerce B2B companies, in-house brand marketing, or marketing agencies
