• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s
policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
• Assists in monitoring and revising, strategies that will ensure the meeting of specific sales
goals and revenue generation.
• Assists in monitoring sales performance, through the analysis of sales reports.
• Identify training opportunities for low performing sales reps to ensure success and growth
• Conducts regular meetings/reviews to ensure individual sales representatives’
performance is on target with set goals and standards.
• Facilitates and makes tough decisions to address performance issues and makes
needed changes to improve the level of talent and quality of the sales team.
• Motivates the sales reps to achieve and increase sales.
• Participates in sales forecasting and planning.
• Provides a high level of representative support to ensure that there is a balance between
the reps personal goals and the company's.
• Provides leadership, represents an interface between the sales representative and the
company's internal support departments.
• Provides product or service information, handles customer complaints, and negotiates
reasonable solutions to issues.
• Stays abreast of new products, services and other general information of interest to
provide accurate communication to customers, sales reps, and various other
departments.
• Utilizes Remedy for customer retention calls and internal marketing communication.
• Assists in the recruiting and selecting process of Sales Reps, conducts performance evaluations
• Engages in strategic planning, developing and budgeting for sales related events.
• Conduct one-one reviews with sales reps to understand development needs and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.


Your experience and qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree from an accredited college or university is preferred in a related field of study
Experience: At least two (2) years’ experience at a supervisory level.
