Your Impact
- Work with PANFS executives and Finance leaders as a strategic partner to deeply understand long-term business objectives and uncover opportunities to accelerate growth and drive efficiencies
- Gather, consolidate, and analyse operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analysing and explaining trends & drivers
- Partner across FP&A to continuously improve processes and tools to drive scale
- Lead projects to transform the business and drive efficiencies in PANFS process and tools
- Work with PANFS operations to ensure deal database is complete and accurate
- Design, build, manage and share tableau dashboard reports to run the business - Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly
- Provide an outstanding level of service to our customers, both internal and external
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance or Economics. MBA and/or CFA a plus or equivalent military experience
- 4+years experience of working with FP&A
- 4+ years experience with business and financial modelling
- Quantitative analytical skill-set with experience modelling, reporting and visualisation of large data sets (Advanced Excel skills, GCP, SQL, Tableau, etc)
- Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels, collaborative with a highly professional demeanour
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SFDC, Tableau and SAP
- Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure
- Work effectively across multiple geos, and as a team player in a collaborative environment, with peers and members of the greater organisation
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and financial statement analysis
- Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, goals and results driven environment
