What You'll Be Doing:
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with Digital Health ISVs to understand their business needs and bring to bear NVIDIA technology.
Building and performing strategic account plans to drive ISV partner growth.
Identifying opportunities to align Digital Health ISV solutions with NVIDIA technology and platforms and helping partners deliver value to their customers.
Cross-functional leadership working closely with NVIDIA solution architects, developer relations, business development, product teams, and marketing to bring the best of NVIDIA to our ISV partners.
Representing the voice of ISVs by identifying industry trends, gathering feedback, and overcoming obstacles to optimize ISV onboarding, time to market, and profitability.
Contributing to the long-term success of our team by being a collaborative leader amongst your peers. Consistently striving to learn, improve, and reinvent yourself.
Experience with SFDC, ensuring good pipeline hygiene, and driving and operationalizing pipelines through SFDC.
Traveling as needed to meet with clients and partners.
What we need to see:
Track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutions including driving platform adoption.
12+ years of field enterprise technology sales, healthcare ISV partner management, and channel leadership.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills -- using simple communications that convey sophisticated concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way.
Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy.
Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal), and influence cross-functionally.
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues, working with partners and internal teams to overcome challenges and achieve partner goals.
Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment which is often complex and ambiguous!
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
A passion for understanding new technologies and skilled at conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders.
An understanding of AI workflows and use cases.
Technical degree or equivalent experience in AI/ML.
