Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
11 years of experience in Media, Marketing, Brand Management or Advertising Sales.
4 years of experience leading a sales team, including recruiting, coaching, and retaining talent as well as building and executing business plans.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with successfully owning sales team operations and sales leadership (e.g., portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution).
Experience working with media agencies, ad tech companies, and large media buying/trading companies with an ability to develop and deliver business strategies and relationships in the short- and long-term.
Familiarity in digital media buying and selling processes, with knowledge of advertising technologies including Ad Serving, Rich Media, Real Time Bidding, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges across Google Marketing Platform or Google Ads.
Ability to develop actionable insights to capture opportunities.
Excellent investigative skills to assess performance.
