What you’ll do:
The Role:
In this role, you will:
· Develop and maintain learning requirements and user stories, decomposing and refining them into epic-level work products for use by IT colleagues.
· Create release notes and perform change management activities as new capabilities are deployed.
· Ensure deliveries integrate usability studies, research, user and customer feedback, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
· Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
· Understand SAP SuccessFactors Learning capabilities.
· Develop and execute structured sunset plans, engaging with business leaders and platform stakeholders to align expectations and ensure a smooth transition to alternative solutions.
What you bring:
As a Technical Product Manager for Learning, you will work closely with various learning stakeholders to align on technology requirements. Therefore, you should be fluent in written and spoken English, possess strong organizational skills, and can prepare, maintain, and present recommendations to the Learning Leadership team.
In addition, you’ll bring:
· 4+ years of experience working in an agile development team (e.g., Product Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Software Engineer).
· A technical background (education or previous positions), such as a BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
· Experience managing learning systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Learning).
· Experience developing enterprise-grade SaaS products, technologies, or platforms.
