QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 (Five) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Applications Developer, Applications Engineer, Software Design Engineer, Java Programmer, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 (Three) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Applications Developer, Applications Engineer, Software Design Engineer, Java Programmer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Software Development Life Cycle; Automation and continuous delivery methods; Agile methodologies including CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security; Java; Spring or Spring Boot; JavaScript; Frameworks including ReactJS and Angular; Delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability; Developing, debugging and maintaining code in an enterprise environment; Junit; JDBC; JMS; Kafka; REST APIs; Spring Batch; Docker Container Image; Caching frameworks using Hazelcast and Ehcache; Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD); Test automation frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, Cucumber; Unix or Linux OS and Shell Scripting; Cloud computing technologies including Microservices architecture and design patterns; Databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, or Postgress; SQL; PL/SQL; ORM Tools such as MyBatis or Hibernate; Messaging middleware such as MQ Series, ActiveMQ or RobbitMQ; Object oriented analysis and design using Unified Modelling Language (UML); Reliability and observability using AppDynamics or Dynatrace; API Development using Swagger; Continuous integration and continuous deployment tools including Jenkins and Git or Bitbucket.

Full-Time. Salary: $146,900 - $180,000 per year.
