Your Background

• Must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in DOD Instructions for SkillBridge participation.

• Official TAD/TDY Orders and other DOD mandated paperwork for the period of the apprenticeship.

• Good time management habits, ability to multi-task, to sustain focus on long tasks.

• Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas.

• Attitude of taking initiative, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, teamwork, creativity.

• The ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills required for our constantly evolving environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based work assignments.

• Should have the ability to participate in the apprenticeship program for no less than 120 days.

• Most apprenticeship roles are hybrid work format at one of our three main campus sites (San Jose CA, Salt Lake City UT, or Austin TX).

Honor Role's apprenticeship opportunities are nationwide with many positions having a physical location requirement and others being fully remote capable.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
