About the Role:

The Financial Planning & Analysis -Executive is responsible for:

• Developing and tracking MIS, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management

• Preparation of budget/forecast and long term business plans

• Collaborate within finance and with other business units to ensure support to business in terms of financial insights

Your Responsibilities/ experience should include:

• Preparation of regular forecasts and budgets
• Conducting timely and relevant financial and business analysis
• Contribute with financial insights to improve business performance and efficiency
• Creating presentations on financial and operational performance for Senior executives
• Development of financial models and analysis for decision support purposes across a range of areas including operational reviews, strategic planning etc
• Preparation of Month-End Closing MIS and its variance analysis actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year
• Supporting decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance
• Partner Business to drive divisional goals and objective.
• Experience in end to end management of Incentive policy including building of framework and calculation

What we're looking for in you:

• Bachelors (or higher) degree in Accounting. Chartered Accountant (Inter) /MBA preferred.
• 3-4 years of Experience in Planning and Analytics with preferred experience in Consulting Firm/Medical device Industry.
• Knowledge in overall finance domain including Accounting; Taxation.
• Strong team player and commitment to work and grow.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
• Experience of collaborating with multiple stake-holders
• A positive attitude, innovative and creative thinker.
• SAP knowledge is preferable
