- Experience with data center footprint expansion programs and data center architectures and components, including solutions and cloud infrastructure customer deployments.

- Experience leading, designing, and/or refining business processes for a large-scale engineering organization.
- Experience in project/program management.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments at EMEA and global level, and manage/influence executives.
