Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree in Mechanical / Electrical-Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years working experience in high volume commercial electronics industry, and in relevant job function, e.g. quality engineer, process engineer, PD etc.
- Understand mechanical drawing, GD&T, and ERS (engineering requirement specification);
- Solid understanding of precision component fabrication and assembly process ;
- Proficient oral and written English;
- Flexible for travel, mostly domestic with possibility of international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS and above is preferred;
- Capability to draw 2D/3D drawing;
- Familiar with common measurement metrology and FA method;
- Hands-on in the factory processes, with frequent time spent on the factory floor;
- Six Sigma Black belt;
- Expert in Acoustic product and glue process;
- Experienced in using of JMP or mini tab;
- Build formal networks involving coordination among groups;
- Excellent communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans;
- Prefer spoken & written in Chinese.
