In this role you will:
Drive best-in-class executive communication collateral:
Collaborate with our Business Banking Chief Product Officer and executive team to share our segment strategy, progress against plan, changing market dynamics, and roadmap with the bank’s most senior stakeholders including but not limited to the Chief Executive Officer
Ensure we communicate clearly, effectively, and impactfully across update meetings, board presentations, and segment stakeholder meetings
Operationalize and execute our core strategy:
Drive ideas and strategies through execution. Plan, implement, measure, learn, and report out on hypothesis-driven strategies
Leverage consulting recommendations and internal teams to maximize impact for our customers and operations
Accelerate revenue drivers
Define the business model and case for new revenue lines, products, and services
Test and validate assumptions while creating a sensitivity analysis for key drivers
Assist in definition of the commercial launch and go-to-market strategy
Identify competitive forces
Outline market landscape and changing dynamics
Benchmark capabilities to peer banks and fintech providers
GTM Standup
Assist in standing up a new segment-wide GTM arm to ensure we maximize our impact with product launches
You should have:
Background in fostering an environment of innovation and customer centricity, institutionalizing agile innovation practices, and a customer insight to action culture
8-10 years experience with strategy development, business planning and future visioning, as well as quantitative and economic modelling (preferred)
7+ years of people management experience
Proven strategist and business operator who digs into the details and takes ownership in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
Payments, banking, or SMB software expertise
A bachelor’s degree (business, psychology, economics, strategy or equivalent from a top-tier institution preferred)
A master’s degree (postgraduate, MBA or equivalent study)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
Ability to influence the execution of highly complex or specialized projects and to adapt precedent and make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop innovative solutions
5+ years experience in a high-pressure matrixed environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams at a top-tier consulting firm (Mckinsey, BCG, Bain preferred)

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
