Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with and managing external media agencies in Czechia and Slovakia in order to develop and implement marketing campaigns, roadmaps and media plans, monitor their performance, and provide briefings and feedback based on internal data (traffic, CVR, sales)

  • As a budget owner you will oversee substantial media budgets in the hundreds of thousand dollars and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI)

  • You will be in charge of preparing regular reports and analyses for our global HQ, local management as well as internal marketing & sales teams regarding marketing campaign performance results and budget expenditure

  • Actively managing and optimizing marketing campaigns on various platforms, namely Google Ads, Sklik, Meta or price comparison websites like Heureka

Skills and Qualifications

  • You are a senior professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of digital marketing, namely pay-per-click marketing

  • You speak Czech/Slovak fluently and have a communicative level of English

  • You pay great attention to details and have solid data literacy which allows you to communicate complex data in an easy-to-understand and high-level manner

  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills that enable you to lead and influence people by clearly defining objectives, and prioritizing and delegating tasks to them

  • You are an assertive communicator who is not afraid to say “no” while offering solutions to get the job done as effectively as possible
