JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as our Nordics software expert for Connected products & Software in commercial buildings.
  • Address complex technical issues from our system integrator partner network.
  • Identify root causes of problems and deliver effective solutions to partners.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage customer calls and tickets using SalesForce.

Customer Trainings:

  • Plan, organize, and execute training sessions for supported products/software.

Sales Support:

  • Play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our Nordic sales organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Passion for assisting customers and delving into software intricacies.
  • 3+ years of experience with automation products or similar.
  • Strong understanding of English data sheets and electrical circuit diagrams.
  • Effective communication skills with a talent for teaching others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HVAC building control applications or automation systems.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software implementation, failure modes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and knowledge of various operating systems.
  • Understanding of industry standard protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, RS485, and RS232.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and configuration.
  • Previous exposure to relational databases (e.g., SQL) and control systems (e.g., Niagara Framework, SCADA systems).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
