EY is looking for a Transfer Pricing Experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Tax team. This role is highly collaborative and analytical. In this context, you will support our clients from a diverse range of industries and sectors in navigating a dynamic and complex global tax environment. The job description is the following one:

• Identify and answer to transfer pricing tax issues;
• Advise on many of the high-profile transactions and deals for international and multinational companies;
• Build long-lasting relationships with our clients;
• Delivery multiple consultancy projects with a high level of efficiency and quality;
• Coaching and team management.

Your key responsibilities

• Effectively contribute in implementation, improvement and development of technical projects related with Transfer Pricing;
• Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges;
• Provide a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing documents and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits;
• Supply innovative transfer pricing and economic ideas, alongside responsive services and work products;
• Modelling financial outcomes, valuing intangible assets and developing practical planning approaches;
• Assume a professional, practical and commercial approach and ensuring technical excellence;
• Build and maintain relationships with our clients and provide high levels of client service;
• Stay abreast of current tax, legal and business trends relevant to the client's business;
• Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge;
• Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result;
• Develop and maintain long-term and trust client relationships and networks.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Academic Degree in Economics, Finance, Tax or similar financial/legal fields of studies;
• More than 1 year of professional experience in Transfer Pricing;
• Background in consulting environment is really valuable;
• Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
• Full English proficiency;
• Availability to work in Portugal and abroad.
