Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in tech industry sales-related roles in one or more of the three sectors - Retail, FSI and Auto/Telco/Manufacturing.
10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
10 years of team management experience
Preferred qualifications:
15 years of industry experience, including 13 years of sales experience in tech industry sales-related roles in one or more of the three sectors - Retail, FSI and Auto/Telco/Manufacturing.
Experience working with and managing cross-functional internal teams (e.g. Business Development, Customer Engineers, Partner Sales) and external partners in implementation projects and negotiations.
Ability to acquire new accounts and territories, and manage business and commercial models while leading organizational transformations and delivering results.
Ability to build and lead a sizable field sales team, managing sizable business to be seen as the default trusted advisor by the customers.
