About the Role

- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----

• Lead the overarching strategy for the growing Earner Eligibility team in India.
• Own the product roadmap and lead vision, definition, and execution for building a scalable platform for managing and processing Earner onboarding requirements.
• Take broad, conceptual ideals and work closely with engineering to make them a reality by delivering well written product requirements and specs.
• Collaborate with Uber internal partners, including product managers, engineering, data science, business development, local teams, and global operations teams to deliver a platform that supports business goals globally.
• Present plans and represent your team’s work to senior leadership.

- - - - Basic Qualifications ----

• Minimum of 5 years of Product management (or relevant) experience.
• A passion for building platforms/products at scale.
• Ability to uplevel complex topics to leadership and other stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----

• An ability to collaborate with other product teams and cross-functional partners to define and execute on your roadmap. This will be a cross-functional role, with partner teams spanning multiple offices globally.
• Technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Management experience
• Platform experience - you can take a laundry list of use cases and derive a common denominator that allows you to develop holistic solutions with internal partners.
• Outstanding business and product sense - you can see how impacting one level in a complex system affects many others.
• Demonstrated analytical capability.
