Key Responsibilities- Prepare and file statutory forms and annual returns with the CRO in compliance with the Companies Act 2014.
- Maintain statutory registers and records for client companies.
- Assist with company incorporations, director and shareholder changes, and other corporate filings.
- Support clients with Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO) filings and updates.
- Draft board and shareholder meeting minutes and resolutions.
- Assisting and supporting the Corporate Law Team in the delivery of cross-service line projects.
- Coordinate and manage deadlines for annual compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance to clients on Irish company law and governance obligations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience
- 1–1.5 years’ experience in a company secretarial or corporate compliance role in Ireland.
- Practical experience with CORE (CRO Online Filing System).
- Familiarity with Diligent software
- Familiarity with Companies Act 2014 and statutory obligations.
- ICSA qualification (or part-qualified) or relevant legal/business degree is an advantage.
- Experience in a professional services environment is desirable.
