What you´ll do
- You will support the EMEA team in planning and implementing virtual and physical events
- You will do various tasks for the planning and implementation of multichannel campaigns (online & offline)
- You prepare content and texts for social media, website and mailings
- You maintain data and record leads (business contacts) in Excel
- You take on research tasks such as location research, industry-specific business insights, promotional materials and third-party events
- You will support the EMEA Team Lead with data analytics and Quarterly business reviews
- You will strengthen the ability to pivot and handle multiple high priority projects at once.
What you bring
- You are currently a Bachelor's or Master's student (m/f/d) in business administration, marketing or related fields and have an affinity for software topics.
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory. German,French, Dutch or a Nordiclanguage skills are a plus.
- Numbers and reporting do not scare you, because you like to think analytically and work with newsoftwaretools.
- Your strengths lie in project coordination and time management when working on different tasks at the same time. You maintain an overview even with a high workload. A certain hands-on mentality is key for you.
- You are an open-minded person and can imagine working closely with an international team.
- You like to contribute your ideas and work on your tasks in a result-oriented and proactive way.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
