- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical position with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience required.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, including networking issues using tools like traceroute, mtr, ping, iperf, dig/nslookup, cURL, and tcpdump/Wireshark.
- Strong knowledge of network security (SSL/TLS, Network- and Web Application Firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Services), managing domain transfers and DNS security (DNSSEC and DNS Filtering), along with proficiency in OS maintenance and administrative tasks (Windows or Linux).
- Experience with Networking and troubleshooting (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, Routing and Switching, Load Balancing) and monitoring IT services using associated technologies.
