As a Lead R&D Engineer/Scientist, you will be accountable for providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to guide critical project groups. You will utilize your background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields to guide and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

In this role, you will impact the development of innovative solutions, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency of R&D activities. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in driving technological advancements, shaping the future of the company, and contributing to Advance Material's dedication to addressing global demand through innovative solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years of experience performing research and development projects within a technology or manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields
  • Proven track record of technical guidance and project management
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or another related field
  • Solid insight into software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture ethics
  • Excellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills
