- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of work experience in tech, policy, or risk mitigation.
- Experience leading global teams, working across multiple regions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partner teams and delivering on user centric initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building and managing payment fraud detection systems and processes, with a focus on minimizing financial losses while optimizing customer experience.
- Experience with fraud detection tools and technologies, creating or supporting rule-based systems, machine learning models, and real-time transaction monitoring.
- Experience leading cross-functionally, executive communication skills to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of current fraud trends, risk assessment techniques, and industry best practices related to fraud prevention. Familiarity with various payment methods and their associated fraud risks.
