Your Responsibilities will include:

As a Downstream Graduate Product Manager, you will assist the EMEA Product Manager in executing go to market strategies for the Endoscopic Tissue Management (ETM) portfolio across the EMEA region. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands on experience in the medical devices industry, contributing to high priority initiatives and supporting the strategic direction of our product lines.

Key Responsibilities Product Manager:

  • Market Analysis: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape changes, providing insights to support product strategy.
  • Product Launch Support: Help in planning and executing product launches, including the development of marketing materials, training resources, and launch plans.
  • Content Creation Support: Work with internal creative teams and agencies to produce resources for the sales teams, such as webinars, educational toolkits, and marketing collaterals.
  • Regulatory Support: Assist in the regulatory approval process for marketing materials.
  • Digital Strategy: Collaborate with omnichannel marketing teams to ensure the digital strategy is executed as planned.
  • Event Coordination: Support the implementation of marketing strategies for events and activities to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and build customer relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings with country marketing teams to confirm alignment with the overall strategy and ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • EMEA Collaboration: Work with EMEA marketing teams to support the marketing strategy and execution.

Responsibilities for the 30% Role in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) (6 months):

  • Collaboration and Content Delivery: Partner with IMC team, to deliver relevant content throughout customer journeys for online and offline touchpoints. This includes campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) on products, and technologies, solutions and services, therapies, clinical data, tradeshows, and customer events.
  • Content Analysis and Optimization: Perform content analysis to support optimizing and ensuring the effectiveness of marketing content.
  • Storytelling: Support translations of value propositions into stories through compelling storytelling.
  • Content Management: Maintain the existing portfolio of content and create new content where there are gaps and opportunities.

What we're looking for in you?

  • Recent Graduate with a Master’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (2023/2024)
  • English fluent mandatory
  • Experience in digital marketing or product management from an internship would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Strong presentation, writing and organisational skills.
  • Adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools and approaches that will be exposed to.
  • Creativity: supporting development of solutions for diverse customer challenges.
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • This position is hybrid based, 1-2 days a week at the office and 20% travel requirement.
