Job Scope

The Project Coordinator will support theexecution of various projects from planning to completion. This role involves acombination of office work and occasional travel, ensuring seamless projectcoordination. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for project planning,schedule follow-up, procurement management, and administrative duties. Thisrole requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, andeffective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and updating project plans and schedules.
  • Communicate with customers regarding project schedule updates and progress reports.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including RFQ management, supplier follow-up, and tracking material shipments.
  • Update project-related data in SAP, including Sales Order details, project timelines, and milestones.
  • Prepare and distribute project schedules, monthly progress reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Track and follow up on supplier and internal invoices.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting on all project-related activities.
  • Conduct project compliance reviews and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Facilitate customer feedback and project evaluations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and project management tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally when required.

  • User experience of SAP system.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g. Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
  • Experience with financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management.
  • Experience in usage of Earned Value Metrics, Estimate at completion growth and Milestone Fidelity.
