Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
Experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer facing environment (e.g., on-boarding customers, building and maintaining a sales pipeline).
Ability to communicate in Swedish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in acquisition within a start-up environment.
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve goals to drive growth.
Ability to think about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans, including strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate and grow in a fluid environment.
