- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a changing organization.
- Experience with Go for developing backend services.
- Experience with SQL database design, and querying for data management.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/requests that are time sensitive.
