8+ years experience in design agency, digital experience agency and/or in-house marketing or product experience, with at least 5 years of experience independently leading the management of complex projects.
Experience working on consumer initiatives on digital marketing platforms (first party or social digital applications, including e-commerce and social commerce initiatives).
Cross functional management skills; track record developing strategy and marketing plans, facilitating creative execution, leading presentations and navigating the approval process across multiple partners and stakeholders.
Experience in brand communications - from strategy to execution to analysis of results.
Previous experience working with international partners.
Strong strategic leadership - creative, resourceful, adaptable and focused on results in a highly matrixed organization.
Expert-level communication and presentation skills; ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility, and influence.
Strong critical thinking, project management, and creative development experience.
Extremely detail oriented with exceptional follow-through skills with an ability to see the big picture.
