Set strategic direction for leveraging data analytics and intelligence to enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency
Define, govern and evolve supply chain KPIs with KPI owners, develop performance metrics and safeguard metric integrity and operational changes
Ensure data quality across all reporting products, proactively identifying and resolving data issues keep stakeholders informed through clear and timely communication
Own the stability, reliability, and performance of key reporting products and tools, ensuring they meet business needs and scale with growth.
Partner closely with functional and market stakeholders to understand business needs, create scalable Power BI data visualizations
Establish and continually evolve the performance management cadence and standard reporting package tohigh-quality data collection, analysis, and insight generation
Drive the process of deriving actionable insights, pinpointing root causes, and identifying opportunities for optimizing supply chain performance with clear data-driven trade-offs.
Apply advanced analytics tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional global and markets teams to drive continuous improvement and embed harmonized reporting and business intelligence into decision making

Requisite Education and Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in multinational environment, within which have 3 years of team management experience.
Proven experience in a leadership role focused on business intelligence, with strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, tools, and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
Good understanding of supply chain principles and operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross functional interdependencies
