We enable consumers to exchange funds more safely with merchants using a variety of funding sources, which may include a bank account, a PayPal or Venmo account balance, PayPal and Venmo branded credit products, a credit card, a debit card, certain cryptocurrencies, or other stored value products such as gift cards, and eligible credit card rewards. Our PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for strategically designing new features and connections in our Consumer experiences. You’ll work with other product managers as well as engineering and design to build out and execute a product roadmap within the Consumer space. You will investigate data around our existing products and review where the largest opportunities may be to grow and expand our target audiences, manage request intake and feature scoping, and participate in agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features. You will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth and monetization considerations.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative mobile-first experiences

  • UnderstandVenmo’s strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a product strategy and roadmapfor your domain

  • Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features

  • Identify, design, experiment and iterate on initiativesleveragingusability testing, data, and market research

  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto develop, market, and launchproduct

  • Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making

What You Need To Bring:

  • + years of consumer web, growth product, andor mobile product management experience

  • Proventrack recordof delivering successful large-scale mobile products

  • Comfortable using data and analytics to inform producthypotheses and

  • Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive actionin high-growth environments

  • Deep empathy and appreciation for user needs

  • Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces

  • Strong sensefor visual design and detail

  • Experience in Payments or Consumer Financial Services is a plus
