Professional Competencies
Product Vision and Roadmap: Establish and drive the product vision and roadmap for our Campaign Management Solution, aligning the product strategy with business goals and objectives continuously.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders, balancing their varying priorities, ensuring effective communication, and fostering robust relationships
Product Market Engagement: Forge partnerships with marketing and sales teams to enhance adoption and usage of the solution among our customers
Cross-Project Management: xHandle cross-project escalations, risks, and dependencies, coordinate with relevant teams to resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless project execution
User Story Management: Collaborate with the development team on vetting, preparing, executing, and delivering feature and user stories. Prioritize and refine the product backlog actively
Team Efficiency: Implement our company's ways of working to boost team efficiency and enable quick and efficient sprints. Continuously optimize the team's workflow, identify areas for improvement and facilitate a steep learning curve
Project Management: Oversee the project schedule, reports, and metrics, ensuring the product's timely delivery within the assigned resources
Identifying Opportunities: Leverage your comprehensive understanding of customers and technology to pinpoint opportunities for boosting the Campaign Management Solution through business process support and system integration
Qualification and Experience
Excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact directly with business users and stakeholders
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the IT industry
Strong understanding of marketing processes and related tools
Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront or similar products is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
