Professional Competencies

  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Establish and drive the product vision and roadmap for our Campaign Management Solution, aligning the product strategy with business goals and objectives continuously.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders, balancing their varying priorities, ensuring effective communication, and fostering robust relationships

  • Product Market Engagement: Forge partnerships with marketing and sales teams to enhance adoption and usage of the solution among our customers

  • Cross-Project Management: xHandle cross-project escalations, risks, and dependencies, coordinate with relevant teams to resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless project execution

  • User Story Management: Collaborate with the development team on vetting, preparing, executing, and delivering feature and user stories. Prioritize and refine the product backlog actively

  • Team Efficiency: Implement our company's ways of working to boost team efficiency and enable quick and efficient sprints. Continuously optimize the team's workflow, identify areas for improvement and facilitate a steep learning curve

  • Project Management: Oversee the project schedule, reports, and metrics, ensuring the product's timely delivery within the assigned resources

  • Identifying Opportunities: Leverage your comprehensive understanding of customers and technology to pinpoint opportunities for boosting the Campaign Management Solution through business process support and system integration

Qualification and Experience

  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact directly with business users and stakeholders

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the IT industry

  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and related tools

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront or similar products is a plus

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
