Serve as the primary point of contact to the customer and be responsible for overall success and growth of a large, complex program
Have program P&L oversight, working with Finance and other stakeholders
Transfer customer information and market knowledge to various cross-functional teams to improve overall development and positioning of offerings within the portfolio
Build a credible, semi-technical understanding of the pan Dell Technologies portfolio to include storage, compute, networking, applications, cybersecurity, converged and hyper-converged systems, and edge-core-cloud synergies. Understand the advantages and disadvantages associated with various architectures (including on- versus off premise solutions), especially as these relate to mission, expense, and maintenance
Perform critical functions of assisting customer, sales team, PMO, services, and support with the selling, deployment, and sustainment of system or service into its mission environment. Coordinate with all required support and sustainment entities to monitor and manage the program through its lifecycle. This aspect of program management includes leadership and optimal management actives within Dell Technologies, with Federal System Integrators, and with other external agencies who have program equities and responsibilities
Essential Requirements
Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a program delivery lead role with a focus on growth
Demonstrated performance as a Program Manager supporting large US Government Enterprise IT programs
Ability to lead large multi-headed projects and project teams
A current (active or good standing within 2 years) US Govt security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level
A current Counterintelligence polygraph or willingness to sit for the examination within 6 months of employment
Desirable Requirements
PMI/Project Management (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification
