Act as a coach for your team and its individual members, supporting their growth and development
Take responsibility for the overall success and performance of your team, and actively work continuously to improve their strengths
Establish well-defined expectations for each individual, tailored to their level and role, and aligned with the overarching goals of the organization. Conduct regular meetings to discuss performance and development, offering feedback and coaching as needed
Hire for the roles on your teams, and onboard new team members
Help define/ own non-functional requirements such us performance, security, compliance in general
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
At least 8+ years of relevant work experience in product development, ideally 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
Experience with people management in a technical environment
Experience in building & operating SaaS products in the Cloud
Fundamental understanding of native cloud software development practices:
Knowledge of monitoring and telemetry tooling
Collaborative spirit, able to work across the product organization to achieve complex goals
