You clean and repair tools in compliance with the schedule,
You carry out repairs directly in the injection molding machine,
You carry out professional fitting of spare parts for the tools,
You eliminate leaks on the mold side and hydraulic leaks,
You prepare production tools for the set-up process,
You maintain spare parts lists and ensure that parts are set up and in stock before production starts,
You identify and implement systems to achieve consistent injection molding quality improvement,
You will assist in the development of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) for production tooling to identify risks and develop appropriate control plans,
You will work and support the set-up of injection molding machine tools with a 100t crane.
What You’ll Bring
You have completed vocational training as a tool mechanic (m/f/d), preferably in mold technology or have a comparable qualification,
You have several years of experience in the manufacture, maintenance, modification or repair of injection molds,
You have additional certificates such as a welding certificate,
You bring a hands-on mentality, as well as the willingness to work shifts in a 4-shift system,
You have a good command of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
