What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- You clean and repair tools in compliance with the schedule,
- You carry out repairs directly in the injection molding machine,
- You carry out professional fitting of spare parts for the tools,
- You eliminate leaks on the mold side and hydraulic leaks,
- You prepare production tools for the set-up process,
- You maintain spare parts lists and ensure that parts are set up and in stock before production starts,
- You identify and implement systems to achieve consistent injection molding quality improvement,
- You will assist in the development of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) for production tooling to identify risks and develop appropriate control plans,
- You will work and support the set-up of injection molding machine tools with a 100t crane.
- You have completed vocational training as a tool mechanic (m/f/d), preferably in mold technology or have a comparable qualification,
- You have several years of experience in the manufacture, maintenance, modification or repair of injection molds,
- You have additional certificates such as a welding certificate,
- You bring a hands-on mentality, as well as the willingness to work shifts in a 4-shift system,
- You have a good command of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- You have good English and/or German skills.
