Responsibilities:

• Leading and conducting oversight discussions and executing onsite/remote third party reviews to ensure sufficient controls with use of critical third parties
• Preparing and supporting review and oversight reports with supportable conclusions on the overall risk posture
• Monitoring scorecard performance results and maintaining third party profiles, including risk status and trends
• Creating thorough work papers that document how risks are identified, analyzed, and reported
• Providing detailed input on issue capture, corrective action planning, and remediation
• Facilitating action items post business and third party engagement to confirm risk reduction opportunities and remediation steps
• Supporting design and development of oversight activities
• Providing additional ad-hoc Third Party Risk Management support for various projects, as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of direct, relevant experience in third party management, risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and remediation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, with ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues in succinct manner
• Experience in working with global, cross-functional teams and navigating large organizations is preferred.
• Strong relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships across the enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills. Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
