Job Summary:
What you will do:
Have a consultative selling approach by listening and understanding customers business and technical challenges
Use in-depth knowledge of our offerings to provide technical expertise to sales associates and the customers through sales presentations and demonstrations
Provide presales technical support for the development and implementation of complex offerings, applications, and solutions
Provide presales technical support that includes solution and architecture design, implementation, and verification
Develop relationships with key customers and business partners
Enable our partners to make them more independent on Red Hat's technical support
What you will bring
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Good presentation skills with the ability to present to both small and large audiences with mixed business, technical, and management backgrounds
Solid experience on development with languages like Java, Node.js, Golang and etc.
Experience on deploying application on, or managing container, Kubernetes, private and public cloud platforms.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and management concepts, e.g., cloud native development, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps, SRE, SOA, web services, deployment strategies, etc.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or electrical engineering is a plus
