Job DescriptionIn this role you will prepare lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation.
Your role:
- Develop course materials to include lesson plans, instructor guide, training manual, Power points, information sheets, job aids, and student exercises
- Select and/or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and computer tutorials.
- Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions and follows up to determine applicability of course material.

- Your skills include ability to create, present and train on technical material
- You have a bachelors degree in related field
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You’re able to deliver new hire training program, technical training and soft skills training to various teams within the organization

The pay range for this position in (Nashville or Atlanta) is $74,700 to $83,000
