Responsibilities

1.Lead Engineering activities for BLDC (Brushless Motor) Development, for the assigned Projects.

领导指定项目的无刷电机开发工程活动。
2.Responsible for ESI (Early supplier involvement activities for components), SER (Sample Evaluation Report), Component Validation, Component Test Verifications (DOE), Motor Verification (DOE) and Validation, Project documentation (Drawings, BOM Release and project documents)

3.Support Sample Build, Assembly Line Validation, Line Builds, Plant Issues, Quality Issue, for Engineering competence standpoint.

4.Work with Design Engineering Center in Asti, and support the project development with the PRC Teams: C&S, SCS, PsE, Operatins, etc...

5.Being in direct contact with PsE and C&S, will focus on DFA and DFM (Design for Assembly & Manufacturing), and will establish the right communication between JE Asti Development Center and PRC where the Assembly Line is developed.
