You will be responsible for elevating our strategy
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the program management office for Offering Management initiatives.
Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices
Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines
Manage program performance metrics and reporting
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Conduct program reviews and identify areas for improvement
Lead and drive strategic initiatives to enhance program management efficiency and effectiveness
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience in program management or related roles
Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role
Prior experience working with executive leadership for transformation initiatives in a complex, large, and globally matrixed organization
PMP Certification (Preferred)
Strong proficiency in Project Management Software and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels within a matrix
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience executing programs and delivering successful outcomes
Ability to coach and develop other program managers
Experience with change management strategies and methodologies
