Provide analytical support to the Liquidity & Account Solutions management team and CFO
Support business heads through budgeting, forecasting and expense management targets
Organize complex information in a clear and compelling way into management-ready materials
Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive level ad-hoc requests, including presentation development, business analysis, and financial updates
Develop a rich understanding of our product suite and infrastructure, including drivers of revenue, capabilities vs. industry/customer needs and business priorities
Own current-state processes and identify weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Take end-to end ownership of projects and independently work with the business to drive, socialize, and implement solutions
Build effective relationships and work closely with F&BM colleagues across JPM Payments across Corporate & Investment Bank and Commercial Bank
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Background – 3+ years of experience within Financial Services. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area.
Problem solving – Pro-active and intuitive thinker focused on asking the right questions to improve the status quo and implement solutions.
Communication – Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Partnership – Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills; team player.
Technical and analytical skills – Analytical mindset self-starter with a desire to understand both the big picture and the details. Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Content development – Interested in strengthening ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reporting.
Organizational skills – Effective time management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple competing priorities and deliverables.
