Your Responsibilities

– Ensure projects meet, using practices to drive successful and repeatable outcomes.

Develop Scalable Portfolio Offerings– Continuously develop modular, repeatable consulting offerings and methodologies by fostering ADV-wide knowledge-sharing communities.

What You Need to Succeed

• Several years of experiencein managing global professional services, including technology specialists in IT infrastructure, platform and application layers of the stack.
• Advanced degreein Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field .
• Thought leader and forerunner in world-class IoT, solution architecture and SW-development
• Proven expertise in developing and driving solution architecture & implementation methodologies, professional service offerings, and business strategies .
• Strong knowledge of technology services, portfolio development, and industry trends .
• Strong customer and industry understanding in relevant key markets
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, handling competency development, and driving workforce efficiency .
• Strong ability to collaborate with product development teams, external partners, and Siemens technology teams .
• Understandingof the Siemens products, solutions and technology stack including IoT architecture, edge devices, sensors, hardware, security, IT, OT and AI.
• Ability to engage at C-level or board level of Siemens key customers and to build strong professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills .
