As a Cloud Solution Architecture - Agile Methodology, Project Management, Adoption (CSA) in the Culture and Cloud eXperience (CCX) team, you will create solutions focused on people and process enabled by Microsoft technology. In this role, you will focus on Agile project management and solution adoption as part of a DevOps team developing automation solutions using Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Power Platform. The role requires technical and business acumen with the ability to effectively manage delivery of solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
• Business level fluency to read, write and speak

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Multiyear Agile project management experience within DevOps team(s).
• Multiyear experience developing and executing adoption and change management programs including ability to develop, implement, and optimize the program to drive long-term use, impact, and satisfaction of released solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Functional knowledge of DevOps, development practices, AI, and automation.
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to perform in ambiguous situations and an incubation environment.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively adapt messaging for various audiences.
• PROSCI Practitioner Certification
• PMP Certification
• SCRUM Master Certification
• Experience with data privacy and compliance at a global level.
• Technical certifications (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, security)
• Experience with software development / coding
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AI, and Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI)
• Experience with web services and APIs (e.g., REST, swagger)
• Experience working with modern technologies such as Microsoft Azure, M365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, build backlog, and prioritize.
• Ensure projects are successfully delivered on time and within scope efficiently using resources while managing risks / issues and providing stakeholder reporting.
