Responsibilities:

• Gain and apply knowledge of products andprocesses/procedures,industry practices, standards and controls required for custody accounts
• Reconcile and process positions related to Corporate Action events: revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action
• Monitor of client instructions and further act according to requirements, respond to standard client inquiries both internal and external
• Execute moderate to complex transactions, act as a process owner and main SME to deal with complex queries, issues, engage multiple externals stakeholders in professional manner, participate in Market management calls
• Track errors to adhere to audit and control policies
• Escalate issues to management, participate in cross-training activities, tests

Requirements:

• Fluent English (minimum B2)
• 2 + years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities or Interest in capital markets/finance
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access - is desired)
• Proven success as a team player
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with dynamically changing priorities
• Readiness to work during public holidays on rotational basis
