Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Technical and Professional Expertise with relevant experience of 7 to 14 years

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and are looking for a job where this level of thinking is essential.
  • You have very good analytical skills, good eye for detail, and can distinguish between major and minor issues.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in testing software and automating tests.
  • You enjoy understanding test results in detail and acquiring the knowledge needed to do that.
  • You like to involve others in your pursuit of attention to quality.
  • You are friendly and open and work well with software developers and other colleagues.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, or are willing to learn the latter through an intensive course.

Key Responsibilities:

  • While they are being designed and implemented, you think about how new features and bug fixes can be tested.
  • You adapt existing tests and design new tests, execute them, and interpret the results.
  • You are responsible for running, maintaining, and expanding the automated test suites and you think about how we can automate even more.
  • You consult with the team about quality aspects such as usability, testability, and robustness.
  • You talk to the developers about the impact of their changes and adjust your tests accordingly.
  • You assess risks and advise whether the product is release ready.
  • You clearly record test results and other relevant findings in our tracking system.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Candidates having Systems exposure and especially with IBM Z/Mainframe Systems are preferred
