WHAT YOU'LL DO
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Coordinating and processing all work orders related to raw materials, in-process products, and finished products throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Leading all aspects of the work order lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution
- Reviewing and verifying work order documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborating with manufacturing sites globally to streamline work order processes.
- Utilizing various computer systems and software tools daily to track and handle work orders.
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise within the work order process.
- Coordinate the distribution and shipping of raw materials, ensuring flawless supply chain movement.
- Build product subassemblies or final assemblies.
WHO YOU ARE
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highschool diploma/GED or diploma or Electronic certification
- 4years’ experience in Shipping / Receiving or related field
- Computer literate, solid understanding of Word, Excel preferred
- Knowledge of Shipping software: FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of inventory transactions, receiving, transfers, issues, bonuses, quarantine, etc.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, manual dexterity, selective attention, deductive reasoning, critical thinking, attention to detail.
- Job could require lifting or moving up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
