As a Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucialrole in analyzing and optimizing our organization's repair and overhaulmaintenance operations. With your expertise in data analysis and maintenanceprocesses, you will identify areas for improvement and develop strategies toenhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your insights andrecommendations will directly impact the organization's productivity,cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of ourGeismar, Louisiana location on site work schedule.

• Analyze repair and overhaul maintenance datato identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize maintenanceprocesses, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordinationand communication between maintenance, engineering, and production departments.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related torepair and overhaul maintenance, providing insights and recommendations forimprovement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technologicaladvancements in maintenance analytics and apply them to enhance our operations.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of trainingprograms to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the maintenance team. • Analyze repair and overhaul maintenance data to identify trends,patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancementsin maintenance analytics and apply them to enhance our operations.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of training programs toenhance the technical skills and knowledge of the maintenance team.
In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of ourAdvanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company,independent of Honeywell. • 5+ years of experience in maintenance analytics or a related field.
• 5+ mechanical job planning and scheduling
• 5+ sap or similar data base • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in maintenance operations or repair and overhaul processes.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in maintenance analytics.
