Responsibilities- Cultivate strategic relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders in Finance, Technology, Corporate Communications to understand their needs and ensure effective communication of changes throughout the organization.
- Define and articulate structured change management principles and strategies tailored to GSP processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder priorities.
- Design, lead, and execute comprehensive, multi-year change management programs for complex, cross-functional initiatives, with a particular focus on the adoption of Gen AI and automated solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enhance the adoption of procurement tools, new processes, and best practices across global teams, for internal employees and external third parties
- Strategize and conduct sophisticated stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers, anticipate resistance, and proactively tailor change strategies to maximize adoption and minimize disruption.
- Direct the creation of highly compelling and visually engaging change assets, including executive communications, digital content, and multimedia, to effectively convey complex messages and inspire action.
- Strategically manage the architecture and continuous improvement of all GSP project content across Intuit's digital platforms (intranet, collaboration tools, LMS).
- Assume end-to-end ownership for the strategic planning, recommendation, and execution of all change management activities, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing data-backed insights and recommendations to program leadership to influence and inform strategic decisions and optimize change outcomes.
- Rapidly build trust and credibility, champions diverse perspectives, and consistently delivers high-impact outcomes.
