Samsung Affiliate Marketing Specialist/Manager

In this role, you will oversee the translation of regional strategy into customer experiences and sell-out programs supported by media and affiliate marketing. You will create innovative, end-to-end marketing approaches to drive awareness and adoption of our sell-out platforms.You will drive and execute campaigns across media and various affiliate marketing channels and partners, as well as lead new initiatives such as live commerce and influencer marketing.


Digital Marketing

  • Lead the development and implementation of Media & Affiliate Marketing strategies to build awareness, education and adoption of sell-out platforms

  • Coordinate and support Live Commerce and commercial influencers program to support overarching strategy

  • Work closely and align activities with Sales, Content, UX, and brand teams, and partner with them on the flawless delivery of OB-focused campaigns

Experience Design and Implementation:

  • Translate strategy into features and programs that can add incremental revenue

  • Develop and optimize customer experience and journeys and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, support) to design and implement exceptional customer experiences.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement new features andsell-out/subscriptionplatforms

  • Ensure proper testing is performed before feature/platform launch

  • Manage subscription and sell-out platforms in coordination with the Operations Manager

Thought Leadership and Market Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain experience guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Analyse customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for experience improvement and implement user testing and feedback loops to validate and refine experience designs.

  • Stay up to date on latest e-commerce trends and act as a thought leader for the team

  • Benchmark competitor sell-out platforms and subscription services

External Partnerships Management

  • Identify key partners that will enable the implementation of subscription and sell-out platforms

  • Manage partner relationships and projects involving key partners, including timelines, budgets, and execution

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital content and experience marketing, and/or live commerce

  • Experience in partners management, with proven ability to impact ROI

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Experience working on A/B testing and/or fields related to Behavioural Economics and UX/UI design psychology is not required, but will be a plus

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
