Marketing Metrics and Measurement Analyst

Description -

We are seeking ato drivewithin ourfunction. This role will focus onmetrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and other marketing initiatives including with the CMCAO Office.

Data Collection, Analysis, & Insights

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret learning and marketing data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Track and report key learning metrics ( completion rates, knowledge retention, behavioral impact, and business outcomes ).
  • Analyze learning experience data (LMS, LXP, surveys, assessments, feedback) to generate insights.
  • Provide ad hoc data analysis to support learning engagement, people analytics, skills assessments, and business impact.
  • Define and recommend relevant data inputs and outputs to ensure actionable and meaningful reporting.

Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Develop reporting templates, slides, and dashboards to communicate data findings clearly.
  • Translate complex data into visual reports and presentations for Marketing, L&D, CMCAO Office, and business partners.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for real-time insights. (Preferred)

Business Impact & Continuous Improvement

  • Connect learning data with key business performance metrics (e.g., productivity, employee engagement, retention).
  • Identify and recommend data-driven improvements to optimize learning programs and business impact.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Management

  • Partner with L&D, Marketing, CMCAO Office, and Business Leaders to define key success metrics and reporting needs.
  • Work with learning technology and analytics teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.
  • Translate data findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Misc

  • Support other marketing initiatives/projects as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics, metrics, or a similar role, preferably within Marketing or L&D.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
  • Experience with data visualization tools preferred (Power BI or Tableau).
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (SQL or Python).
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting.
