Description
Responsibilities: - Defining product features, positioning and key messaging- Working with marketing communications and PR on the development of product launch activities, product demonstrations, press releases, and marketing materials- Demoing use cases through a variety of software applications
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product management, product strategy and/or product marketing roles, including experience in managing consumer electronics products
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful track record of working closely with design and engineering teams during the full product lifecycle, including research, planning, implementation, and launch
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with experience in building consensus cross-functionally, driving collaboration by building positive relationships and bringing to bear data and handling high stakes decisions with ease with the ability to cut through ambiguity
- Proven oral and written communication skills including product storytelling; ability to explain technical concepts thoughtfully to non-technical partners and deliver compelling presentations for a broad audience including customers, media, analysts, and industry experts. Apple Keynote presentation-building skills preferred
- Proficient analytical abilities and an uncompromising attention to detail
- Experience as a product spokesperson or speaking with the media
- BS/BA degree, MS/MA/MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
