The Pricing & Contracting Analyst II administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and non-standard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administers bid preparations, process specifications, and other reports. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information.
  • Prepares pre deal analysis determining cost/benefit analysis of new proposal. Presents deal recommendations to management.
  • Using appropriate IS systems, implements, extracts and analyzes results of customer contract compliance and performance.
  • Responsible for the successful management and completion of all projects assigned to within the department.
  • Coordinates with Sales & Marketing on launch and price strategies. Manages punctual high volume price loads in accordance with approved strategies.
  • Prepare reporting and analysis for sales and executive management. Effectively analyze sales and profitability results relative to contracts and economic programs.
  • Actively seeks input from Finance, Marketing and Sales Management to better understand customer needs, perceptions, etc. Makes efforts to ensure that customer needs are understood and met by self and team.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, similar discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years related business experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Sales and Marketing pricing, analytical and/or contracting management function experience
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, and exposure to Model N or other price system

Preferred qualifications:

  • Contracting/Revenue Management systems
  • Advanced financial background

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
